I would highly recommend NEO-DYNE to anyone interested in upgrading their home. The professional quality of work is outstanding. My husband, a do-it-yourselfer, who is very picky, interviewed several companies before settling on Neo-dyne. He chose Neo-dyne for several reasons. The company headed by Greg Prostek does quality work. Their attention to detail is outstanding. The workers are down to earth. You can talk to these guys. They work well with home owners who like to get involved with their own design. My husband designed an upstairs to be used as a photo studio. He wanted 10 foot high ceilings so he could ‘bounce’ the flash for his portraits. Greg made it happen. He talked to my husband about the design and then conveyed the specs to his workers. The end result is that my husband felt that he was being listened to. It’s nice to be able to discuss your house plans with people who know what they are talking about. In addition to being very polite to the customer, the workers have a natural rapport with one another. They work on many jobs together. The continuity of the team lends itself to jobs that are consistently done well. This is a finely tuned company that has been together for years. Neo-Dyne has worked on several remodeling projects for us over the past few years including a complete revitalization of the exterior of our house as well as a remodel of our basement. Greg and his team were realistic in projecting the time and the cost associated with each project and provided ongoing communication throughout the process.

The exterior work included replacing the roof, siding, all trim and windows, as well as adding a deck. Greg spent time gathering samples, providing information, and educating us on the use of ‘green’ materials and subsequent tax benefits. Greg and his team showed great flexibility throughout both projects, addressing all of our needs and making changes when asked. Greg was always very honest and upfront about all projects, offering helpful suggestions and guiding us as we made important decisions.

Issues were dealt with on a timely basis and after the projects were completed, NEO-DYNE stayed in touch, addressing small repairs as needed. Having gone through several remodeling projects with different companies, we find Neo-Dyne to be easy to work with and very accommodating. We will continue to work with Greg and his team on future projects.
